Daniel Somogyi

The skipper of our management team, Daniel Somogyi has served as the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer at Edgewood since 2018. In his capacity as General Manager, Daniel works closely with all facets of the Club, whether it is overseeing our dining services operations, providing guidance to membership efforts and spearheading the rejuvenation of the Club's facilities.

A leader with over 20 years of working in the country club industry, Daniel holds his Master's Degree in Hospitality, along with Club Manager and Club Executive Certifications from the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA). A member of the CMAA's Honor Society, Daniel prides himself on his hands-on approach with his leadership, personally hosting orientation for new members and being a constant presence at Club events. Daniel and his family reside in Suffern, New York.
